The enquiry form

When online messaging is available and you choose Send message, the details you enter are sent through this website to TEXVIA’s Odoo CRM to create an enquiry record so our team can respond and manage follow-up. The form asks for your name, email address, subject and message; your phone number and company are optional. A selected industry or service is included as enquiry context. This website does not save your draft in browser storage or keep a separate database of enquiry contents. Limited technical information is held briefly to reduce repeated submissions and misuse.

Email correspondence

Choosing Prepare email or Email options creates an unsent draft on this page. You can copy the message or open it in an email application, then review and send it yourself. Copying uses your browser’s clipboard permission; if copying is unavailable, you can select the visible message and copy it manually. The Outlook and Gmail links open those email services, which have their own access and privacy settings. If you send an enquiry to sales@texviatech.com, your email provider and TEXVIA’s email service will process the message as part of normal email delivery. Share the business contact information and project context needed for your enquiry.

Motion and industry video

The site uses illustrative industry footage hosted with the website. Background videos are silent and can be paused. Reduced-motion and data-saving preferences are respected where the browser makes them available. You can choose to play a video using its playback control.

Website operation

This website does not include advertising trackers, embedded analytics, or marketing cookies in its own code. Hosting services may process technical connection information to serve and protect the website. The privacy terms of the hosting provider apply to those services.

Careers and job applications

The Careers page displays published TEXVIA vacancies using a read-only connection to our Odoo recruitment website. This connection retrieves public job information and does not send your search terms or identity to Odoo. Choosing Apply loads the Odoo application page in an embedded view. Information and attachments you submit there go directly to TEXVIA through Odoo, which has its own privacy and cookie settings. This website does not receive or store the application form or CV.

External links

Customer support links open TEXVIA’s separate support portal. That service has its own account access and data handling arrangements. Copying a perspective link uses your browser’s clipboard permission.
